How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard 5 business-days delivery is included.

Our order processing times before an order ships depends on the shipping plan you select.

Standard shipping: 5 business-days delivery (Free) within the US

Expedited shipping: 3 business-days delivery

Priority shipping: 2 business-days delivery

We work hard to get your order to you as soon as possible!

What if an item from my order is missing or incorrect?

In the event that you receive the wrong item or are missing an item from your order, please contact help@miekkibaby.com with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Name of the incorrect or missing item
  • We will work on getting the correct/missing item sent to you as soon as possible

Can I change my shipping address?

If you need to make an edit to your shipping address, please send an email to us at help@miekkibaby.com with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Updated shipping address

We will be happy to update your shipping address for you!

*Please note that our company and our warehouse do the very best to get your order out quickly. If your order has already been processed and shipped out, we will not be able to make any edits to your order.

**Please also note that a change in address may result in a change in shipping fee in some cases.

What if my item has a manufacturing defect?

We want to sort out any issues with defective/damaged items right away. As soon as you
discover a manufacturing fault, please contact us at help@miekkibaby.com with
the following information:

  • Order number
  • The name of the defective item
  • Description AND photo of the fault

Defective or damaged items may be exchanged for the same item as long as the item is still in stock. If the item is no longer in stock, a different print or store credit may be offered.
