Does miekki ship internationally?
International shipping is not available at the moment.
What can I do if my order is delayed?
Please refer to the tracking number that was included in the shipping confirmation email that was sent to you.
If your package is showing a status of delivered but you never received the package, please contact the mail carrier your tracking number is associated with and quote your tracking number to them.

We cannot be held responsible for loss, theft or damage once an item has left our possession and is with the nominated mail carrier. We understand the frustration and annoyance that comes with missing packages and we are happy to assist you throughout the process or locating your package.

- Priority shipping: 2 business-day delivery
- The customer is responsible to pay the shipping cost of any of these shipping options.

- Standard shipping: 5 business-days delivery (Free) withing the US.
- Other shipping options, such as Expedited shipping, Priority shipping or international shipping are not free.
What can I do if my order was lost or damaged in transit?
We are happy to assist in resolving this issue with you.
If you receive your order and it has been damaged in transit, please follow these steps to
- Reach out to the mail carrier to report the lost/damaged package.
- If the mail carrier is not able to locate the package or provide credit for your package, please reach out to us at help@miekkibaby.com with all your order details, description and pictures of any damage, and details of any communication made with the mail carrier.
